Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@stardust.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • An item is defective or damaged.

  • You receive the wrong item.

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).

  • Giftcards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have.

  2. Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of its status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
